Points discussed:
- Hate for Solana brings more people here. Solana is more talked about than any other chain except Eth! 🔥
- Narrative change takes time. While early Solana was centralized, we can now point to Solana’s Nakamoto coefficient being the highest of all other POS chains.
- The pure performance thesis of faster, cheaper hasn’t played out and isn’t compelling enough for people. The focus is still largely on TVL/volume.
- Types of flywheels and incentive systems that doesn’t exist, how can we build this?
- Open source our tooling to allow others to add their own unique value.
In summary, the resilience of Solana is strong, and a crucial element for sustainable communities. That said, we cannot depend purely on tech or product superiority, we need to work together to build strong narratives, incentives and community experiences to bring Solana to a much wider user and investor community.
